Tips for Staying Healthy draf1

There are some important ways to stay healthy. First of all, drinking water instead of drink. It is said that water is the best drink in the world. Also, you have to do exercise as often as possible. Killed two birds with one stone, doing exercise can stay healthy and lose weight, too. Third, going to bed early and getting up early, we have to let our body take a break at night and have a regular life. If you lead your life with these tips, you must have a healthy body and happy life.
